As per the calculations, the legal heirs are entitled to receive Rs.5,44,573/- out of total amount of Rs.6,27,509/- and the appellant is entitled to receive the refund amount of Rs.82,936/-.

Inadvertently, in order dated 06/03/2023, it is mentioned that the applicants are entitled to receive the compensation amount of "Rs.6,27,509/-" instead of "Rs.5,44,573/-".

In view of that the order be corrected to the effect that the applicants are entitled to receive the compensation amount of Rs.5,44,573/-. Accordingly corrections be made and corrected copy be uploaded. 6.
