This is an application for grant of bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Crime No.114/2018 registered with Police Station, Sindhkhedraja, District Buldhana under Sections 307, 452, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 25 of the Arms Act.

Learned APP submitted that the applicant was absconding after alleged incident. The charge-sheet also shows that the applicant is arrested on 20.04.2020. The alleged offence has taken place on 14.06.2018. Learned APP further submitted in his reply that after this crime four other crimes are committed by the present applicant. Thus, there are criminal antecedent against the present applicant. Therefore, this Court has expressed that the Court is not inclined to grant bail. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that liberty be granted to file fresh application, if

In view of the submission, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh, if trial is not commenced within eight months.
