Ms Aarti Singh, the learned counsel holding for Shri Meghe, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that despite several efforts, the counsel is unable to contact the petitioner. It is stated that the petitioner has also not contacted the counsel during the recent past. It is stated that since no interim relief was granted in favour of the petitioner, it is likely that the petitioner may not be in service.

In view of the aforesaid, we dismiss the writ petition for want of prosecution.
