Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant makes oral request for further time of two months to deposit entire decretal amount. Record reveals that by order dated 10th April, 2017, this Court on issuing notice had granted time of eight weeks to deposit entire decretal amount. Record reveals that prior to that on 17th June, 2016, this Court had granted interim stay to the impugned judgment and Award, as noted in order dated 24th November, 2016, on appellant depositing entire amount of compensation. In that view of the matter, on appellant depositing entire decretal amount within two months from today, interim stay shall stand confirmed. Civil application is disposed of in above terms.
