After hearing parties to this petition, we propose to pass following order.

Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file appropriate civil suit against her husband and others seeking transfer of ownership of field Survey No. 17, admeasuring 3.24 hectares, situated at mouza Karla, Tahsil Chandur Railway, District Amravati. Petitioner is granted liberty to approach competent civil Court within a period of two months from today. Till the suit is filed and

2302wp321.15 appropriate orders are obtained by the petitioner in the said civil suit, there shall be status quo in respect of aforesaid agricultural field. With this, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
