DATED : JUNE 03, 2019 Upon hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, in the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Court is not inclined to allow the application. In this situation, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application, making a request that the trial could be expedited in view of the fact that there are only eight witnesses that have to be examined and also because the trial has been pending at the stage of recording of evidence since 08/08/2018.

In view of the above, the present application is disposed of as withdrawn. The Trial Court i.e. the Sessions Court is directed to dispose of the the trial i.e. Sessions Trial No. 93 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible.
