Learned counsel for appellant submits that he has deposited the cheque of the entire amount of compensation in this Court on 05.06.2017. However, as the cheque is not deposited within the time stipulated by this Court, the office has not accepted the same. In view of this, the office is directed to accept the cheque.

This is an application for stay to the execution of the judgment and award dated 30.11.2016 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Wardha in Claim Petition No.26/2015. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that he has already

In view thereof, the stay is granted to the execution of the impugned judgment and award unless the decision of the appeal is goes against the appellant. The application is disposed of finally.
