The applicant is already protected by this Court by way of an ad interim anticipatory bail vide order dated 07/07/2020.

As per the prosecution story, names of eighteen accused person have been mentioned in the First Information Report including the name of the present applicant. However, on careful reading of the contents in the said report, there appears to be no active role attributed to the present applicant. 4.

A perusal of the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the State also does not reveal any serious kind of injury or any vital weapon used by the present applicant.

Accordingly, the ad interim protection earlier granted to him by this Court vide order dated

60ABA 244.2020 07/07/2020 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions.

The Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly.
