ATED : 07 TH MAY , 2021 In Writ Petition No.7918 of 2019, this Court on 15.09.2020 had directed the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Akola to grant approval to the appointment of the petitioner on compassionate basis. On 19.11.2020, the Education Officer (Secondary) granted such approval to the appointment of the petitioner on compassionate basis. The grievance of the petitioner now is that on 19.03.2021, the order of approval passed earlier has been modified and the pay-scale of the petitioner has been reduced. We find that the only direction issued in the writ petition was to grant approval to the appointment of the petitioner on compassionate basis. By granting such approval on 19.11.2020, the Education Officer (Secondary) has complied with that direction. The subsequent modification of the order of approval gives a fresh cause of action to the petitioner if she is so aggrieved by the same. In that view of the matter we are not inclined to entertain the contempt petition.

With liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps for challenging the order dated 19.03.2021 in accordance with law, the contempt petition is disposed of.
