1] Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and all the learned Advocates agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

2] The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.95/2020 punishable under Sections 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 11 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

3] The investigation in the matter is already over as the charge-sheet is already tendered before the Sessions Court as is informed by the learned A.P.P. 4] With the assistance, I have perused the charge-sheet.

5] Considering the nature of allegations against the applicant and the punishment provided, further detention of the applicant cannot be continued. That being so, the applicant be released on bail in Crime No.95/2020 on executing P.R. bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
