The application has been filed for condonation of delay in filing cross objection. There is a delay of 452 days. The appellant has objected for calculating the days for delay. According to him, the limitation is before the period of Covid-19 and later on the delay is more than 452 days, as the period of Covid-19 is exempted. The delay is caused to file cross objection is condoned, subject to waiving the interest on the delayed period from 2018 and statutory benefits also till the filing of the crossobjection. 2.
