Submission of petitioners / applicants is that out of total 9 posts they advertised, 6 have been filed in and, therefore, there are 3 vacancies. The petitioners before this Court claim parity and, therefore, seek order allowing them to continue in the employment as adhoc employees. Respondents in their reply have pointed out that through advertisement recruitments have been done and one post is still vacant. MPSC is processing the same and it will be filled in shortly.

In view of the disputed questions involved, we grant the petitioners leave to make representation pointing out the workload. Thereafter, the same can be looked into by respondent No.2. If such representation is made by the petitioners within 3 weeks from today, respondent No.1 shall consider the same within 4 weeks.
