The writ petitions are disposed of with the consent of the learned Counsel for the parties on the following terms :- (1) The petitioner no.1 in Writ petition No.578/2016 would be absorbed as a Headmaster in Sarvodaya Vidyalaya, Umari within a period of fifteen days. (2) The Management would be free to continue the enquiry proceedings initiated against the petitioner no.1 in Writ Petition No.578/2016 under the Provisions of the MEPS Act and Rules.
(3) The Management should send the salary bills of the petitioners - employees to the Education Authorities for disbursement of salary along with the other employees at the earliest.
(4) The salary of all the petitioners - employees should be released by the Education Authorities after the respondent - Management send the salary bills of the petitioners - employees to the Education Authorities. The Education Officer would immediately release the salary in favour of the petitioners - employees on receipt of the salary bills.
(5) There would be no order as to costs.
