The petitioners orally seek leave to substitute the respondent no.2 as The Special Inspector General of Police, Nagpur Range, Nagpur.

Leave granted as payed. Corrections be carried out forthwith.

The petitioners merely seeks a relief directing of respondent nos.1 to 3 to consider the petitioners' grievance applications dated 22.02.2023 and 28.02.2023 (Annexure 8) in accordance with law.

It is the petitioners' contention that at the instance of the rival party, the Police were not considered their grievance.

In view of above, respondent nos. 1 to 3 are directed to consider the above referred applications of the petitiners, in accordance with law.
