The present application is filed by the respondent Nos.1 to 3 for modification of the order dated 11.12.2021 passed by this Court, directing that the claimants/respondent Nos.1 to 3 are entitled to withdraw entire compensation amount, if any, deposited by the appellant in the Court along with interest accrued, in equal proportion.

It is submitted that the claimants/respondent Nos.1 to 3 didn't have any joint account. They are already having their separate account, therefore the amount of compensation be disbursed to their separate account.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the

(2) 17.caf.887.2023 application, the amount of compensation be disbursed to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 in their separate account. 4.

Civil Application is disposed of.
