The Petitioner has filed this petition to set aside the order dated 27 August 2009 refusing to grant permission to the Petitioner to run a Secondary School in Urdu medium. The proposal moved by the Petitioner to start the school was on the basis of facts in the year 2009.

Rule was issued in this petition on 26 July 2010. No

Order 0103wp1975-10 interim relief was granted. The factual position on the basis of which the proposal was moved would have undergone change in last 12 years, and the writ sought for cannot be granted today. If the Petitioner is still desirous to open the School, it is open for the Petitioner to make a fresh application to be considered by the Respondents as per law.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Rule discharged. No costs.
