This is an application to seeking stay to the execution of the order passed by the Family Court Bhandara in Petition No.B-5 of 2020. The Family Court has granted maintenance at the rate of 15,000/- per month till the retirement of the husband and then at the rate of Rs.9,000/- per month.

Considering the submission and gone through the impugned order. The appellant is ready to clear entire arrears as per the rate fixed by the Family Court within four weeks from today.

In view of that, execution of the impugned order dated 11.07.2022 passed by the Family Court, Bhandara is stayed on condition of the appellant depositing entire upto date arrears within four weeks from today and go on paying further maintenance at the rate of Rs.5,000/- per month till the final disposal of the appeal.
