In view of the said order, learned APP is informing that 'B' summary has been filed with the concerned Court. The present applicant is the original accused.

In view of the fact that 'B' summary has been filed, present application for quashing the First Information Report under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is rendered infructious. Hence, stands disposed of.
