Heard Shri P.D.Sharma, advocate for the applicant and Shri S.B.Bissa, A.P.P. for the non-applicant. The applicant apprehends arrest in crime registered against him for the offence punishable under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(2)(b), 5(1)(a) and 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 on the accusations that the applicant is member of the Syndicate which is involved in the crime for which the applicant is booked. According to the prosecution, the statement of Sau. Rashmi wife of the applicant reveals about the involvement of the applicant in the crime. The applicant disputes the allegations made on behalf of the non-applicant.

Considering the facts on record, in my view, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail, however, on conditions as imposed by this Court.

Hence, the following order :

i) In the event of arrest in Crime No. 3006 of 2016, registered by the non-applicant, the

2 aba200.16 applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond for Rs.Fifty Thousand and solvent surety in the like amount to be furnished by Sau. Rashmi (wife of the applicant).

ii) Till filing of the chargesheet the applicant shall attend Police Station, Sonegaon, Nagpur on every Friday between 11.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. The application is allowed accordingly.
