In view of the order passed in Writ Petition No.2686/2021 wherein the respondent No.2 has been permitted to issue a fresh Tender notice in the light of Government Resolutions dated 03.01.2022 and 12.09.2022, we find that the challenge to the Tender notice dated 15.04.2021 has been rendered academic.

Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of. On a fresh Tender notice being issued by the respondent No.2, the petitioner is free to participate in the same and if aggrieved, take appropriate steps.
