Heard learned counsel Shri A.R.Wagh for the applicants and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri V.P.Gangane for the State.

All the applicants are arrested for offences under Sections 65-A and 83 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act. Liquor of Rs.1,01,500/- was seized from them. They were travelling in a Travels Bus.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants will furnish local sureties. All the applicants are residents of Belbar, Ghamapur Chowk, Arvind Ward, Jabalpur (M.P.).

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri V.P.Gangane for the State strongly objects the present application.

All the applicants are arrested on 1.3.2019. Investigation appears to be complete. Looking to the .....2/-

ba265.19 2 offences registered against the present applicants, the applicants are entitled for grant of bail in their favour. Hence, following order is passed:

ORDER

(i) The criminal application is allowed.

(ii) The applicants be released on bail on they executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- by each of them with one solvent surety of the like amount by each of them. (iii) The applicants are directed that they shall not involve in such type of offences in future.

(iv) The applicants shall attend the Trial Court on each and every date.

(v) The applicants shall not tamper with evidence of the prosecution witnesses.

(vi) With this, the criminal application stands disposed of accordingly.
