This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 326 days delay in filing the Appeal.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the delay of 326 days is condoned. Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. CA (f) NO.128/2018 This is an application seeking stay to the impugned judgment. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the entire decretal amount shall be deposited in this court within a period of twelve weeks.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel, subject to the deposit of the entire decretal amount within a period of twelve weeks, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment dated 14.12.2015
