This is a successive application for grant of bail, filed after withdrawal of the first bail application, on 4th August, 2022. It is pointed out that the CA report was part of the chargesheet, but it was not pointed out before this Court while arguing the Criminal Application No.836 of 2022. He submits that the CA report demolished the whole case of the prosecution. He further argues that after the withdrawal of the earlier application, there is no progress in the trial Court. He further points out that applicant is in jail since last more than one year and nine months. SKNair

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, I am of the opinion that the purpose would be served if the liberty is granted to move a fresh application before the trial Court for grant of bail. In the circumstances, I pass the following order.
