The First Appeal is disposed of with the consent of the parties, on the following terms :- (1) The appellant has given up the challenge to the judgment of the Family Court, by accepting a sum of Rs. 1,50,000/-.

(2) The respondent agrees to pay a sum of Rs. 1,50,000/- to the appellant, within a period of two months. (3) The respondent has handed over a demand draft for an amount of Rs. 50,000/- drawn on the State Bank of India, to the appellant, in the Court today. The appellant acknowledges the receipt of the said amount. The respondent, who is personally present in the Court states that the balance amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- would be paid to the appellant, within a period of two months, by RTGS; the Savings Bank Account No. of the appellant being 60054416420 (Bank of

2 29.04.fca.270.14. Maharashtra, Khaparde Garden Branch, Amravati). (4) The parties state that they would have no claim whatsoever against each other, on the payment of a sum of Rs. 1,50,000/- by the respondent, to the appellant. No order as to costs.
