This is an application for suspension of substantive jail sentence and for grant of bail. I have heard learned counsel Shri R.M.
Daruwala for the applicant who is appointed from the High Legal Services Sub Committee at Nagpur. The applicant is convicted by learned Sessions Judge, Yavatmal for the offence punishable under Section 304 Part-I of the Indian Penal Code and is directed to suffer rigorous imprisonment for ten years.
The applicant was not on bail during the .....2/-

From perusal of the impugned judgment, prima facie I am of the view that no case is made out for suspension of substantive jail sentence and for grant of bail. Hence, the present application is rejected.
The incident in question is of 2013.
Looking to the fact that applicant is in jail, office is directed to prepare the paper-book within a period of four weeks.
Place this matter after preparation of the paper-book for final hearing as per its turn. The criminal application is disposed of.
