Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

The learned counsel Mr Deshpande states, on instructions, that the chargesheet is filed during the pendency of these applications and therefore the applicants may be permitted to withdraw the applications and approach the learned Sessions Judge afresh.

The learned counsel Mr Deshpande states that the applicants shall move an appropriate application on the first available working day and since the bail application of co-accused Sau Mangeshi is being heard, the applications which may be preferred by the applicants can also be heard expeditiously.

The submission is reasonable.

If the applicants prefer an application/s for bail on the first available working day, the trial Court is requested to consider the same along with the bail application of the co-accused Sau Mangeshi.
