By these applications, the petitioners are seeking condonation of delay of 65 days in filing the application for bringing the legal representatives of deceased respondent no.1 and permission to bring the legal representative of deceased respondent no.1 on record.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the applications and period of delay, the delay is condoned. Since right to sue survives against the legal representatives of deceased respondent no.1, the application is allowed. Abatement order against respondent no.1 is set aside. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.

Both applications stand disposed of.
