This Court has disposed of the appeal of the appellant on 18th January, 2021. The appellant has deposited an amount of Rs.34,23,880/-. In view of modification done by this Court, the share of respondent No.1 comes to Rs.30,63,868/-. The calculation is filed as per the Pursis Stamp No.07/2021. It is acceptable to respondent No.1. Hence, following direction is issued:- DIRECTION a) Nazir is directed to transfer an amount of

2/2 Rs.30,63,868/- along with accrued interest thereon in the bank account of respondent No.1 - Suvarnamala Shrikrushna Pagrut on furnishing bank details. b)Personal identification is dispensed with.

c) Nazir is directed to transfer the remaining amount out of Rs.34,23,880/- after deducting an amount of Rs.30,63,868/- along with accrued interest thereon to the appellant.

d)Nazir is directed to verify whether respondent No.1Suvarnamala Shrikrushna Pagrut has withdrawn any amount earlier, if yes, then to deduct that amount and pay remaining amount e)The civil application is disposed of.
