DATE : 26.08.2015 By this petition, the petitioners seek a direction to the Joint Charity Commissioner to decide the application filed by the petitioners under Section 41 D of the Bombay Public Trusts Act. It appears that the said proceedings have been filed by the petitioners in the year 2013. Since there is a huge pendency of matters in the office of the Charity Commissioner, it would not be appropriate to direct the respondent - authority to decide the application filed by the petitioners within a time-frame. The respondent - authority would surely take up the matter as per its turn.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
