On 28th September, 2021, learned Advocate Shri Mardikar for the respondents submitted before this Court that his clients are ready to remove the loft. Orders could not be passed on that date for want of confirmation from the petitioners. 02] Today, learned Advocate for the petitioners is present and, on taking instructions, he is agreeable to readiness shown on behalf of respondent No.2 for removal of loft. 03] In view of the consensus about removal of the loft, this contempt petition needs to be disposed of. The respondent No.2 has undertaken the responsibility to remove the loft at his own cost. So also, the petitioners have undertaken to provide all sorts of cooperation to respondent No.2 for removal of the loft. 04] In view of that, this contempt petition is disposed of as not prosecuted. So far as the issue of electric connection is concerned, the parties to decide that issue amongst themselves. JUDGE vijay
