The learned 2nd Jt.Civil Judge Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ramtek has filed this application for extension of time to dispose of RCC No. 35 of 2023.

It appears from the record that on 21.07.2025, this Court has passed an order and directed to dispose of the matter within four months. Time was extended by this Court to dispose of the trial within four months and not to seek further extension. After passing the said order, again the trial court has filed this application to the Principal District Judge, Nagpur for further four months time and the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nagpur has asked this Court to grant extension of three months.
