Heard Shri A.S. Kilor, learned Counsel for the applicant/petitioner, Shri J.B. Jaiswal, learned Counsel for respondent no.1 and Shri P.B. Patil, learned Counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3.

Petitioner who has assailed the suspension order and claims subsistence allowance with other reliefs, has applied for amendment. Prayer is to place

on record necessary facts to support that challenge, and to point out the amounts received by him and amounts still outstanding. The Authority competent to release the grants namely - Joint Director of Higher Education is also sought to be impleaded as party respondent no.4.

The request is being opposed by learned counsel appearing for respondents. Shri P.B. Patil, learned counsel submits that the amendment is by way of an after thought.

However, as the petition is yet to be admitted, and the rival contentions can be looked into while evaluating merits of the controversy, we allow the said amendment. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week. Shri T.R. Kankale, learned A.G.P. waives notice for added respondent no.4.

Liberty to respondents to file their addition reply/affidavits, if any, within two weeks thereafter. Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. No costs. ......
