Heard Shri A.M. Gordey, learned Senior Advocate with Mrs. R.D. Raskar, learned counsel for the petitioners. The prayer is to recall order dated 23.03.2016 passed in Writ Petition Nos. 2356 of 1997 and 2280 of 1997. The applications are within time.

The matters were admitted for final hearing by this Court on 14.08.1997. The reasons for absence at the time when the matters were called out, are given on personal affidavit. We, therefore, do not find any malafides. The applications are allowed. The orders are recalled and Writ Petition Nos. 2356 of 1997 and 2280 of 1997 are restored back to file.

Issue notice to the respondents in the matter about restoration.

As interim order was operating till dismissal of writ petitions, the parties to maintain status quo as on today. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
