It shows that the subject tender has been cancelled and now the work is being retendered. The reason stated for cancellation is that all bids came to be rejected at the stage of technical evaluation.

In view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous inasmuch as there have been no vested rights created in the matter. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly keeping all questions open. No costs.
