ORDER

(Passed on 9th December, 2023) The parties to the appeal have settled the matter and accordingly singed the Terms of Compromise in Form "H".

Enhanced amount of compensation is decided amicably to be Rs.2,75,000/- between the parties.

The amount of compensation shall be deposited by the respondent no.1 in the High Court of Bombay Bench at Nagpur, within 60 days from the date of the settlement. Once the amount is deposited, the appellant shall be allowed to withdraw the same.

The appellant does not want to proceed further. In view of that, settlement is accepted. The appeal is disposed of as settled. Court fee be refunded as per rules.
