This is an Application filed on behalf of the Applicant/VIDC seeking leave to file Appeal. Though, this Application is coming for the first time, Shri. P. S. Patil, learned Counsel appears for the Non-Applicant Nos.1 to 4 submitted that he has instructions to make a statement before this Court on their behalf that they have no objection for allowing this Application.
Similarly, Shri. M. A. Kadu, learned AGP for the NonApplicant Nos.5 and 6 has also no objection in allowing the Application.

In that view of the matter, present Application is allowed and disposed of.

Leave is granted to the Applicant to file the First Appeal.
