Nobody appears for the appellant.

Record reveals that Counsel who had filed appeal was discharged and thereafter notices were issued to the appellant for engagement of another counsel. Despite service of notice, nobody has filed appearance on behalf of the appellant. By order dated 03-11-2025, one more opportunity was granted to the appellant for engaging a lawyer to contest the appeal, however nobody appears on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the appeal. Hence, dismissed for want of prosecution.
