WRIT PETITION NO. 1647/2023 3] The learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 7, 9 and 10 seeks time to file affidavit-in-reply. 4] While granting time to the respondents, it is directed that the interim order that was passed in Writ Petition No. 1304/2023 (Rajendra Bhaskarrao Shingne Vs. State of Maharashtra and others) vide paragraph 13, is passed in the present proceedings. Paragraph 13 reads as under : "13. We direct that the State Government shall maintain status-quo as regards the projects, concerning which, work orders have already been issued. With reference to the projects, where the tender process is yet not completed, though the tenders have been floated and bids have been received from the bidders, there would not be cancellation of such tenders, without the leave of the Court." In addition, the funds sanctioned towards these projects shall not lapse at the end of the present financial year.
