CIVIL APPLN. (W) NO.834 OF 2015 By this amendment application, the applicantpetitioner seeks the amendment of the writ petition. Shri Anilkumar, the learned counsel for the respondent No.4, has opposed the prayer made in the application and submitted that by amending the petition, the applicant-petitioner is seeking to challenge the Award, dated 09/08/2012.

Shri Parchure, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the objection raised on behalf of the respondent No.4 is ill founded. It is stated that the petitioner has annexed the copy of the Award, dated 09/08/2012 only for the perusal of the Court as per its direction. It is stated that the petitioner is challenging the decision, dated

caw834.15 2/2 22/08/2012, by the amendment application and not the Award, dated 09/08/2012.

On reading of the application, we find that the apprehension expressed by the learned counsel for the respondent No.4 is misplaced. Hence, we allow the amendment application, as the proposed amendment does not change the nature of the petition and the same is necessary for effectively deciding the same. The amendment should be carried out within a period of one week. The civil application is allowed and disposed of. WRIT PETITION NO.3351 OF 2014 Stand over to 29th of June, 2015 for further consideration.
