During the pendency of this application, the charge-sheet is filed.

This Court, vide order dated 6-5-2021, released the applicant on temporary bail (Coram : V. M. Deshpande, J.), which protection was extended from time to time and operates till date.

Since the charge-sheet is filed, it would be appropriate if the applicant appears before the jurisdictional court on 12-7-2021 and seeks bail.

The learned counsel who is appearing on behalf of the complainant, Mr. Dhengale seriously objects to grant of bail, and for that matter even grant of temporary bail. The objections of the complainant can be looked into by the jurisdictional court.

The applicant and the complainant, if he so desires shall appear before the jurisdictional court on 12-7-2021.

The applicant shall prefer fresh application for grant of bail which shall be accompanied by copy of the charge-sheet.

The jurisdictional court shall decide the bail application after giving due consideration to the contentions of the State as well as the objections of the complainant, uninfluenced by any observation made by this Court while granting temporary bail. The jurisdictional court shall decide the bail application till 26-7-2021.

The interim protection shall continue to operate till the decision of the jurisdictional Court on the fresh bail application.

The application is disposed of in aforestated terms.
