Heard 2.

The petitioner came with two grievances that for Wardha District, the Divisional Level Police Complaint Authority has not been established, and secondly for conducting an enquiry to investigate the grievances put forwarded by the petitioner.

The State has filed reply affidavit stating that the Committee has been formed, functioning and an enquiry has been assigned to the Sub Divisional Police Officer - Authority which is in progress.

In view of above submission, nothing survives in the petition. However, we deem it appropriate to direct the Superintendent of Police, Wardha to see that enquiry shall be completed within eight weeks and out come of the enquiry shall be communicated to the petitioner. 5.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court if occasion arises so.
