DATED : 11/01/2022 Shri H.N. Verma, learned Counsel for respondent no. 2, has placed on record Pension Payment Order dated 10.01.2022, in which it has been stated that the legal heirs of the original petitioner would be receiving the amount of Family Pension from January 2022. The said communication is taken on record and marked "A" for identification.

In view of the aforesaid, we find that the directions issued in Writ Petition No. 1542/2017 would stand complied with. It is expected that the amount of SMGate

6can 62.2021.odt pension shall be released per month in accordance with the Pension Payment Order. Accordingly, the civil application is disposed of.

The legal heirs of the original petitioner seek permission to withdraw the amount of costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) that has been deposited by respondent no. 1 in this Court. It is informed that during the pendency of the proceeding, the original petitioner expired and hence, the legal heirs have now been brought on record.

The office shall transfer the amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) deposited by respondent no. 1 alongwith accrued interest in the Bank Account of the widow of the original petitioner. 5.

The petitioners to furnish the details of the Bank Account with the Office. Same be done within a period of ten days from today.
