The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petition may not survive and perhaps will have to be withdrawn and seeks time to confirm this position.

Even today, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that written instructions and pursis will be filed. There are various Civil Applications taken out in this Petition. Four Advocates are appearing for different parties and they cannot be put to inconvenience in such a manner.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that oral instructions have been received to withdraw the writ petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 4.

The pursis be filed for the purpose of record in the Registry, within a period of two weeks.
