These applications are for condonation of delay in filing misc.civil application for restoration of first appeal stamp in view of refusal of registration vide order dated 18.9.2012 and misc.civil application for restoration of the first appeal stamp.

Learned counsel Shri M.M.Agnihotri for the applicant, submits that he has instructions from the applicant to withdraw the first appeal itself.

In this view of the matter, application for condonation of delay is allowed. The delay stands condoned. The misc.civil application for restoration of the first appeal stamp is also allowed. The first appeal stamp is restored to file.
