On the earlier date, opportunity was given to the applicant to keep the respondent no.2 present before the Court, as it is stated that the applicant as well as respondent no.2complainant are married and, in fat, had stayed together over a period of one year and thereafter she left the applicant's company and lodged the report.

In the circumstances, heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP.

For the reasons recorded separately, the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause [[II] of the same with no orders as to costs.
