After hearing the learned counsel for applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to file after six months if there is no substantial progress in the trial. The trial Court shall expedite the trial considering the small girl is involved mainly sexual assault.
