DATE : 29.06.2015 Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties. Admittedly, the age of the girl is 15 years. The FIR clearly shows that this is a rape case. Looking to the amended provisions of the Indian Penal Code as well as the Protection of Children from Sexual Offices Act, 2012, the applicant is not entitled for bail. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

Criminal Application No.237/2015 is rejected. Trial is expedited.
