DATE : 29.06.2015 Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties. Admittedly, the age of the victim is 35 years. The FIR was lodged after 3 days from the date of incident. Looking to the FIR as well as the statements recorded during the investigation, I think the following order would subserve the interest of justice.

ORDER

Criminal Application No.238/2015 is allowed. The applicants shall be released on bail upon furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) each with one surety each in the like amount.

The applicants shall attend the Police Station, Dharni, Tq. Dharni, District Amravati on last Sunday of every month between 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., till filing of the charge-sheet.

2906ba238.15.odt The applicants shall not enter the boundary of Taluka Dharni, District : Amravati except on the date of appearance. The applicants shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer, shall not tamper with the evidence and shall not pressurize the witnesses.
