Issue notice to the non-applicant/State.

The learned A.P.P. waives service of notice on behalf of the State and files on record the reply of the prosecution.

Perused the reply of the prosecution. I find that the allegations made against this applicant are similar in nature as are made against this applicant in Crime No.4/2017. In Crime No.4/2017, investigation is complete and charge-sheet has also been filed. This was one of the grounds for granting anticipatory bail to other accused in this crime. If the investigation against

aba.196.18 2/2 this applicant is also over, I do not think that now any purpose is going to be served by rejecting these applications, especially when the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required. In view of the above, I find that these applications deserve to be allowed on the similar lines as the Criminal Application [ABA] Nos.146, 147 and 148 of 2018 allowed by this Court on 4th April, 2018. Hence, the applications are allowed.

It is directed that in the event of the arrest of the applicant in Crime Nos.161/2017, 165/2017 and 166/2017 registered with Police Station Aheri, District Gadchiroli, the applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing in each of these crimes a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum on the following conditions :

i.

The applicant shall attend Police Station Aheri, District Gadchiroli everyday between 11:00 a.m. and 01:00 p.m. for a period of one week starting from 21st April, 2018.

ii. The applicant shall co-operate with the police in the investigation.

iii. The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses in any manner.

The applications are disposed of.
