The applicant is arrested on 10.10.2015 in crime registered against him for offence under Sections 302 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the complainant, the applicant has strangulated the father of the complainant and has threatened the complainant and her mother. According to the prosecution, the incident has taken place near the Bus Stop The charge-sheet is filed on 4.1.2016. The investigation is complete. The non-applicant has not been able to show that the custody of the applicant is .....2/-

Considering the facts on record, in my view, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail. Hence, the following order:- The applicant having been arrested in Crime No.161 of 2015 registered by the non-applicant, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond for Rs.20,000/- and two solvent sureties in the like amount.

The applicant shall attend the Sessions Trial regularly on every date, unless granted exemption by the Sessions Court.

The application is allowed in above terms.
